Talia Loucks is an associate attorney at Matovich, Keller & Murphy. Her primary practice area is civil litigation. She is a member of the Montana State Bar, and is licensed to practice in both Montana State and federal court.
She grew up in Friday Harbor, Washington and attended California Lutheran University for her undergraduate studies, graduating magna cum laude.
After a short break from school in which she coached and worked as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, Talia attended the University of Washington School of Law. While there, she was the Chief Online Editor of the Washington Journal of Technology, Law and Arts, was a member of the Technology Law and Policy Clinic, and competed in the Manfred Lachs International Space Law Moot Court Competition in Washington D.C.
During her time in law school, Talia also clerked at the Washington State Attorney General’s Office, interned with the Issaquah Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, and worked at the University of Washington Student Legal services providing low cost legal representation for UW students. She moved to Billings in August of 2016 and enjoys running and hiking in her free time.
